SCHEDULING UPDATE - 

Due to a space and scheduling conflict, this year's pasta night has been cancelled. 

The Learning Fair and Talent Show is rescheduled for Thursday, June 1st.

Talent Show to begin at 1pm.  ( After school practice set for 5/17,  5/23 & 5/30 )

Learning Fair immediately following Talent Show. All students are encouraged to participate in the Learning Fair.

Chipotle Fundraiser! Monday, May 15th 4-8pm Congrats to the 6th grade for earning over $400 for their trip Nature's Classroom.

Fundraising

Fundraising 101

LAST FUNDRAISER OF THE YEAR - Win a Grill! Raffle Tickets sold for $5 each or 5/$20. 100% of ticket sales is applied to Family Fundraising Obligation. Drawing will be at The Evening Out on 5/25. No need to be present.

Donation Request Form - Print the Evening Out Donation Form here. AND  Print the Donation Letter here. The more gift cards in amounts of $10-$25, the more balloon pops we can have!  The wine raffle will also take place. Donations of wine will be accepted in the main office.

Volunteering at All Saints

Please submit the following BEFORE Volunteering! Virtus Class Certificate. You can register for a Virtus Safety class by visiting https://www.virtusonline.org/virtus/reg_list2.cfm?theme=0   Signed Code of Conduct (annually). Click here to download a Code of Conduct  If you will be directly supervising students without a staff member or teacher present a background check is required. Contact the main office for further information. 


Registration for 2017-2018

All Saints has a rolling enrollment registration year round. February 1st begins re-registration each school year. Tours and Shadow Days are may be scheduled by calling 438-0066 or emailing Ms. Johnson at principal@ascaalbany.org. All Saints Catholic Academy only provides tours during the school day, to allow perspective families the most realistic educational experience of our school environment.  Parish and Diocesan tuition assistance deadline is April 15th. Applications submitted through Facts Grant and Aid are required to be verified for consideration for tuition assistance. Registered families may apply for Diocesan tuition assistance. Local assistance provided by our Parish, All Saints Church, is awarded on a first come basis.
